Agroclavine togheter with Elymoclavine are both Prolactine inhibitors, alpha-adrenergic agonist and 5HT2A.
In one animal test I read the these 'clavines' are more euphoriant, and stimulatin than simple Ergine(LSA).

The best source(s) for them are: Ipomea Violacea, Ipomea Blue, and Turbina Corimbrosa(but, much less than the Ipomea spp.)

Online there's no Tek above Agroclavine(and others), but why not using non-polar like Limonene, or Mineral oil(oleic acid, linoleic acid are as non-polar as limonene).

Here some photos:

image
Agroclavine:
XLogP3: 2.6 (LSD is 3)
Elymoclavine:
XLogP3: 1.3
Lysergol:
XLogP3: 2.2
Setoclavine:
XLogP3: 2.1
Penniclavine:
XLogP3: 1.1

Ergine (from a tons of threads on web) is water-soluble, so why not making before a CWE of the seeds, and than using the seeds without the ergine in non-polar solvent o pure ethanol?

Non-polar:

Oils
Limonene

After some hours (maybe 12 or 24) we should have an oil with 'Clavines' in it, but I bet that like others ergolines, you NEED to avoid light and hot water.

Any ideas?
